Pictured below are some examples of the signage being used to define the timber harvest boundary at Rocky Ridge. Please note they are not full gates but please respect these boundaries regardless. A good summarization of the closed area is anything south of the main road and west of the powelines. This includes popular trails like 4 and 5, Fresh and Twisty, The Gut, etc.

This is expected to last for at least a few weeks. Significant timbering will be taking place and the forest will look different afterwards. This is a hard decision but is required for the long term health of forest, something that we all know is more important than our short term interests. Again, please respect this closure and be eager to help clean up as needed when the trails re-open.
