Moving to NC

Postby crsmithpe » Fri Oct 19, 2012 9:56 am

Effective Nov. 9th, I'll be moving to Raleigh, North Carolina to start a new job as Middle Manger of Ensuring Water Runs Downhill. I'll probably be at the October 21 ride-meeting, so you can see me off / air your grievances on one last ride. I won't be fully moved out of the area until probably the end of December, so I might see some of you in the parks from time to time.

Sorry to hear you are leaving Charles! However, I am looking forward to the Festivus style "airing of grievances" on Sunday!

Does that mean that the water will start running up hill around here when you leave. Seriously, hate to see the smith family leave. (probably the greatest mountain bike family in YAMBA). Best wishes.

Good news for Raleigh NC, sad day for YAMBA. Best wishes to you and your family Mr. Smith.

Good luck with the new job, Charles. Will miss riding with you, both on the dirt and on the snow. Wish I'd gotten the chance this summer! Where you are going is a lovely area, and I'm sure you'll find the best local singletrack soon enough!
